*A nutrition plan or custom program is recommended for optimum results. Healthy bodies are dependent on food choices. The amount of carbohydrates, fats, and protein in a diet should be individualized. These services are offered in the Custom Program and the Nutrition Consult.

           DANCE CLASSES and DANCE PARTIES

 

Whether you're getting ready for your wedding, your reunion, or your next girls night out come learn a dance routine that will put you front and center for any occasion. You can also grab a few of your closest party people and learn a contemporary dance routine. Leo has a background in many forms of contemporary dance styles. Referral available upon request. Classes are offered both in your home or in our location at Baxter and Clayton Road inside Swim Bike Run Contact us for rates.
